DR. MICHAEL LORINGS, DEAN OF STUDENTS
Dean Lorings has been involved for many years in the educational and training arms of Full Counsel Ministies, including FCBC and its predecessor, the Full Counsel School of Ministry. He has also served in many administrative capacities in his career, including primary and secondary education administration, postsecondary education administration, Adminstrator for the US Department of Defense, and State Government Policy Advisor. He also has decades of experience as a trainer in various capacities in the US Army. He is a proud husband and father of six.

DR. JERMON HENRY, DIRECTOR OF ACADEMIC OPERATIONS
Dr. Henry is a proud alumnus of FCBC, earning Master of Religious Arts and Doctor of Divinty Degrees. He has over 20 years' experience serving in ministry-based educational programs in a staff or faculty capacity, including Full Counsel Bible Training Center, Full Counsel School of Ministry, Full Counsel Azotus School of End-Time Evangelism, A Call To Excellence Mastery Through Mentorship Program, Prophetic Voice School of Prophetic Ministry, and Full Counsel Bible College, of which he currently serves as Director. He is a proud husband and father of five.

MIN. FELICIA ANDERSON, ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
Minister Anderson is a proud FCBC Alumna, earning a Bachelor of Divinity Degree. She has served in official staff or faculty capacity in numerous minstry educational programs, including Full Counsel School of Ministry, Full Counsel Bible Training Center, Full Counsel Azotus School of End-Time Evangelism, A Call To Excellence Ministries Mastery Through Mentorship Program, Prophetic Voice School of Prophetic Ministry, and Full Counsel Bible College, of which she currently serves as Administrator. She is a proud mother of four.
